Payment of Fees

Fees are calculated using a simple formula to give 12 equal payments across the year.

Fees can be paid by Cheque, BACS or Voucher. All fees must be paid no later than 16th day of the month to allow sufficient time for clearance before the month end.

Late fees apply for fee payments that fall behind or are missed. (See terms and conditions of contract). If parents are having difficulty paying fees then we can discuss sorting out a payment plan to help keep payments on track and avoid parents falling too far into debt.

A statement of accounts will be produced once a term, however, if a parent requires a monthly invoice this will be at a charge as stated in the terms and conditions of contract.

Charges will be applied to accounts where payments are returned to cover the charges imposed by the bank.
